the SPM Sequential microdispenser is an OEM microfluidic syringe pump designed for industrial microfluidic integration projects with a high-precision dosing and liquid handling system. Our microdispenser can dilute samples or reagents in the range of milliliter down to nanoliter, aspirate or dispense liquids, control the flow rate, prepare complex mixes, or alternate air, liquid samples.

Custom distribution valves from 6 ports to 12 ports integrated in the microdispenser 

  • Reduced volumes and reagent consumption thanks to the low internal volume of our microfluidic valves integrated in the microdispenser designed with small diameter channels
  • Low carryover volume allowing fast liquid switching, reagent and money savings thanks to our unique microfluidic valves’ geometry design
  • Minimal liquid contamination and no dead volume, thanks to AMF high manufacturing quality standards. The components of the microdispenser are made in house with Swiss quality standards which includes a precise microscopic final inspection.

  • Wetted materials in PTFE, designed for high chemical and biological sample compatibility or in UHMW-PE, a very tough material, with the highest impact strength of any thermoplastic

  • High dilution ratio: when rinsing, diluting, or switching liquid, our minimal carryover volume leads to a maximal dilution ratio with the diluent in the syringe
  • Bubble free priming: our unique valve design expels the air from the syringe and valve immediately, eliminating the traditional cumbersome priming procedure 
  • Syringe integrated in the microdispenser are made in borosilicate glass, and the plunger is available in PTFE or UHMW-PE, materials designed for high compatibility to most chemicals and biological samples.
